We spent 10 years in children's social care watching families walk into contact centres that made everything harder. Spaces that felt clinical, unwelcoming, uncomfortable — for parents and children alike.

The Neutra Hub is our answer to that. An independent contact and family hub designed from the ground up to feel warm, human, and nothing like a waiting room. Bean bag corners, soft furnishings, natural light.

Because whatever brings a family through our door, they deserve an hour of normal.

Full accreditation will be confirmed before we open, so every referral — from courts, Cafcass or local authorities — is made with complete confidence.

Safeguarding is our foundation

The warmth you see in our space is built on top of safety — never instead of it. The welfare of every child and family is paramount in everything we do. That is not a feature of The Neutra Hub. It is the reason it exists.

No solicitor or court order required for supported contact. Families and parents can refer directly to us — just get in touch.
